It took 45 minutes for me to get one board cut and to check out today. They only had one register open on the lumber area with at least 5 people in line. Lots of staff walking around and not interested in helping anyone even when I asked. This was the first time I have been in this store in over a year because the service has been so poor in the past. A week ago, I purchased a dryer and it was delivered the next day. Upon installation, it didn't work. It was suggested that I hire an electrician. Today, the electrician determined it was the dryer and not the fuse box. I CAN NOT begin to express how helpful Sharon in customer service was with helping to get the matter resolved.
