We have been in the process of ordering blinds and getting them installed for nearly 3 months now- something that should only take a couple weeks. After placing our initial order wrong, the blinds we finally received were too short. We were told they were ordered correctly, now after 2 weeks with no word we call to find that they haven't been ordered. Waked around for 45 minutes and never was helped or even talked to. I was looking at renovating my bathroom but I won't be using Lowe's.
It took 45 minutes for me to get one board cut and to check out today. They only had one register open on the lumber area with at least 5 people in line. Lots of staff walking around and not interested in helping anyone even when I asked. This was the first time I have been in this store in over a year because the service has been so poor in the past. A week ago, I purchased a dryer and it was delivered the next day. Upon installation, it didn't work. It was suggested that I hire an electrician. Today, the electrician determined it was the dryer and not the fuse box. I CAN NOT begin to express how helpful Sharon in customer service was with helping to get the matter resolved. Instead of delivering a new dryer 2 days later as was scheduled when i first called, the delivery MANAGER personally brought a new dryer to my home TODAY, just 2 hrs after my visit to the store, inst... read more
I am very displeased with the service. After ordering an appliance, they did not get it here when they promised, having delayed several times, and now have it at the store but will not deliver for 4 more days. Order things you depend on like appliances at your own risk.
Price match is a joke, they find every reason not to.....
