So what this company does is this. When you return the refrigerator under warranty and you get your return authorization from the manufacturer they tell you they are going to pick it up, but the truck never comes and you don't see your refund. So now I've paid for 2 refrigerators and have one if them in the middle of the dining room. They will not refund you because their truck is no show! And there's nothing that manufacturer can do! As far as I’m concerned you’re only as good as who you choose to do business with. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Ordered a dishwasher to be installed on May 9th. Got an order confirmation. Shortly after, I received an email notifying me of a delay in the order. After that ... nothing. No calls, no emails, no nothing. So now, a month later, I call to find out what's going on. I ordered a washer & dryer from this Lowe's for it to be delivered on 9/10 (it's on my receipt as well). It's the day of and I haven't received a confirmation of delivery so I call the store. Lowe’s has become the saddest store. I’ve left this sorry place so many times, disappointed, without buying anything. But every few months, I give you another chance. But it’s getting worse. All of the employees I have ever encountered are so rude. This is why I always try to go to Home Depot. I asked am associate a question and the first rolled their eyes and then told me they didmt know about the product and walked off. I was in disbelief. The way the customers are treated is unacceptable.
If your Bob Villa and know everything their is to know about home improvement and can help yourself than this is the Lowes for you. if you are a basic white bish and don't know jack like me. then don't bother. I don't know why I keep going back to this Lowes. No one is ever available to help you and when they do they are always rude as hell
not really. there is never anyone around to help you. i seen them huddled with about 3 employees on their cells. i was in the Alabaster store paying my bill when the cashier asked Very Loudly for my Social Security # WHY ??? I WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO HER and srarted paying by mail
