The employees are not helpful and are rude. The vendors are worse.
Went to Lowe's today. Thank you to Mark J who was very friendly and helpful in tools. He's amazing. Went to plumbing and there were two associates, not very friendly and were whispering and rolling eyes after we asked for help. Oh well, I'll stick to asking Mark J. for help any day. Horrible! Was suppose to get stove delivered between 12-4 showed up at 530 without the proper hook up. (It was for a dryer) MANAGER Justin said we would have the right cord tonight between 8-9 tonight, the store closed at 7! The driver who delivered it also said he would be back with the cord. What a circus lowes is. I will NEVER do business with lowes EVER!
I have had a patio door and living room windows installed by Lowes with no problems at all. Then I ordered Kitchen counters and those were manufactured wrong, so I had additional delays on that project. Now I have been waiting since August 17 to get my garage door ordered and installed. I just called today and was passed from dept to dept...and am waiting for the installer to call me back! Meanwhile, winter is getting closer...
I always hit up Lowe's when I'm in Ludington. I don't understand the bad reviews but then maybe some people expect to catch flies with vinegar instead of honey. You'd be surprised how far a nice attitude will go. Every time I go in there I'm greeted by people in their respective departments and I'm asked if I'm finding everything alright and if I need any help. Bought a washer, dryer and kitchen stove. Delivery came with washer, dryer and microwave. Had to drive 30 miles one way to pick out a different stove. Turned the washer on for the first time and it's a high efficiency which I specifically told your salesperson I DID NOT WANT. So now I have no stove until tomorrow and a washer that I absolutely hate. Never shopping here again. What a horrible experience.
i've always gotten high-quality, knowledgeable help from the awesome staff at lowe's. we just got some paint from there and painted the couch. it turned out even better than i envisioned!
I will never go to your store again . i bought a washer and dryer from your store dec 4 the washer died jan 6 of course your 30 day return policy kept me from returning it and ive been on the phone with your lowes manufacturing department for two months they sent someone to look at it three weeks later then i was told the parts orderd then i was told the parts on back order then i was told it will be here the 24 0f feb.
