A Lowes Home Improvement delivery truck from the Ludington store came to our realestate office to drop off some materials on August 4th, 2022. On Saturday, November 30th 2019 I drove 30 minutes to buy a Bosch jigsaw from this store. The saw was on sale on Amazon and according to Lowe’s price matching policy they would match the cost. I picked up the saw which had layers of dust on the box and proceeded to the check out. I asked the cashier if they would match the price and she said no. A second cashier came over and also said no. Actually wait on someone! I stood in your store for 15 minutes in the appliance department not one person approached me. There was 2 other shoppers in there also and said they had not seen anyone either! So I went to HOME DEPOT and got the washer / dryer I was looking for so you missed out on $1400.00 sale!

Purchased Cali bamboo rustic barnwood flooring from here. No one told us that in two to three years we would have to have this flooring redone. Now it’s been installed in the kitchen & living room for less than a year & stain is coming up off of the floor. I definitely will not be shopping at Lowe’s every again.
Bought one of the half barrel style fire pits and within 6 months the top crumbled apart Ludington Lowe’s was no help I’m stuck with an expensive piece of garbage that has to go to the dump. Don’t expect any help
Lowe’s should seriously think about closing this store and make it 52 stores closings. Worst store and manager ever. They are sure good at lying to cover their mistakes. Rudest manager I have ever dealt with. Will drive out of town not shop at this store. Employees moral is also lacking in this store. No one has a desire to do good at their job.
Waiting for them to get pvc pipe down. The worker gets the forklift positioned and stops helping us to talk on the phone. One of the other 10 workers standing around doing nothing could have taken the call. Then they let people down the blocked off isle next to us which further delayed the process. Very poor customer service. Very poor management. Disorganized, like circus clowns.
