Don't buy windows and sliding patio doors from Lowe's ,I bought an expensive patio door ,the man that installed it did it in properly I've had it about 3 yrs the door rotted by floor will I get out looking them realized it caused three boards to rot on my back deck so I get down look and the installation man broke the bottom of the old door fame put the new door in and didn't trim the bottom out right causing all the problem,I didn't see this at first because I had to lay down and look understand the door I called Lowe's the... read more
The Lowes in Dyersburg Tn. need to either hire more help, or get rid of the some of the ones they have. I went there to buy some lumber and siding today and the guy that was supposedly helping me got a phone call and he told who ever it was he was with a customer, then hung up, about 2 seconds later he got another call and while he was suppose to be helping us just walked away leaving us standing there, when we saw him again he was still on the phone in the paint dept. they same man was helping us once before loading mulch a... read more
