Horrible experience! We bought a self propelled lawnmower with a warranty. It didn’t work so we brought it back and was given the runaround. The store manager called and said the issue would be taken care of. We brought it back again and waited 30 minutes while getting attitude from the customer service associate. Then someone came to write it up and talked to me like I was be interrogated. We picked it up, used it for 3 minutes and it didn’t work. I ordered kitchen counter tops. was told they would be in in 3 weeks. they took my money. it has now been 6 weeks and after multiple phone calls, still no one can tell me the status or when they would be in.
I had the best experience there yesterday. Brought back some lawn mower blades that were the wrong size. The assistant manager was at the return desk and offered to help me get the right ones. He took a lot of time to look them up in the computer, check the stock, and then climbed up to get them for me. Thank you John Dodds. I appreciated your help.
Best customer service in town!
Bought hot water heater, after I found someone to help me. He didn’t offer to help me load it, neither did the cashier offer to find anyone to help. Lowe’s you really need to have some more training on customer service. Sometime your employees act like it kills them when someone needs help. I remember when you couldn’t turn a corner and someone wanting to help you.
