AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I purchased a dish washer from Lowes in Dickson three weeks ago. To start with, finding help was a pain. Once I found the help, the associate was rude. Afterwards, we left with an install scheduled. No one showed up for the install. I called and I received an apology, mistakes happen. Well today they came to the house and installed the wrong dish washer. I called the store, and the manger said the associate messed up. No kidding he messed up. I just wanted to compliment Craig in the floor covering department. He assisted me with the purchase of two area rugs on 6/15/16 and was very professional and very helpful.
Omgoodness, they gave me the wrong receipt when I returned my storm door, that they said would fit without any problem, wrong!!! Did not even come close to fitting. Now I have the wrong return receipt after I returned the door, and all they say is "sorry".
Disappointed. My grandparents paid 10k for flooring. Installers left 5 days ago because flooring wasn't laying right, one room and half hall done. My grandfather, 86, uses a wheelchair some days. How is he to get down his hall with this mess. No one can tell them when an inspector is coming or the rest will be finished. Still waiting...
