Special ordered a shower that not only was late coming in, but was completely busted. Nobody seemed to know anything and passed my off to the next Dept. Horrible experience all the way around!!! Shop somewhere else folks
This store has no local competition and so that means they think they can do whatever and say whatever because you cant take your business anywhere else. Every dept in this Lowes never has enough employees. Most Sundays when I stop in there I will try to find help and I get told there is only one person working in each dept and they will either be busy helping other customers or they are on their lunch break. Shop there all the time very helpful people and friendly.
I went over two weeks ago to pay for a measurement for counters. Waited 11 days called Lowe’s left messages. No one at Lowe’s called me back. Day 13 I told hubby get out $75 back. That afternoon a contractor called me. I am appalled at how bad the service at this location has gotten. I refuse to spend money here. They basically don’t care about their customers at all.
Why is it every time I get in line and wait, and another register gets opened do your cashiers take the person in line behind me and check them out before me? Shouldn't I, as the next person, be checked out before the person BEHIND me? It really is just basic common sense and politeness that seems to be be forgotten by the cashier (and the line jumper) when I get in line at this store.
Sat in tbe loading zone for almost an hour waiting on 14 boards that i could have gotten myself if the bottom bay was stocked. There were only 8. Went inside three times to see what was up. I kept getting told to go talk to people in places i didnt know. I had to tell four different people about the boards before they got loaded.
