We had no help after buying 400$ worth of stuff , while 3 others were being assisted. Just really crappy service!!!!!
always good at lowes store , I received help from a employee finding my parts and had a great cashier check me out.. really nice...
Asked for help finding an item and was sent right to it! Then I went to the paint department looking for deck paint. Walked the aisles twice--/no help in sight! Finally spotted what I was looking for BEHIND one of the roll around stairs they use to access tall shelves. So I whipped out my phone/camera and snapped pix of what I was looking at for further perusal at home!! Maybe if I'd tried to MOVE their stairs I'd have gotten someone's attention?!
Three hours spent to buy four items..ridiculous! Employees huddled in conversation, ignoring customer requests for assistance. Absurdly long lines at registers, cashiers slow, disorganized. Attempts to contact the store by phone were fruitless, the line rang busy for over an hour. We have noticed that the employees at this store are distracted, rude, careless, not at all helpful. If customer service doesn't improve, we will take our business elsewhere!
I have shopped the Dickson store since it opened but for the last few years it seems as though their give a damn is broken. Last week I was there and had question on countertops. A guy walked passed and said the price are up there and pointed to the prices. This week after walking around 20 mins with three guys chatting off to the side an nice lady by the name of Lisa saved the day. She also helped me last year with a purchase of a washer. Thank you Lisa.
