Ordered a Hotpoint freezer online.Picked up curbside at Brenham store.Get home and open box it is damaged.Immediately called store.Put on hold for 5-10 mins.Called back and basically told it was mine and i wouldn't be compensated.No way it wasn't noticed this freezer was damaged before being packaged.Then get a run around and told no compensation.I emailed pictures.
The staff and managers at the return department were not courteous or helpful. They told me that I needed a receipt to return an item even if I had the credit card which the item was purchased on with me.
Where do I start, ordered a grill on July 4th. On July 17th the store called and said the grill is coming on the 19th. On the 18th, they call and say they put the wrong grill together so the grill won't arrive until the 21st. The 21st comes and goes, no grill On the morning of the 22nd we call and find out the people we spoke to didn't schedule it for delivery. Now is supposedly scheduled for the 23rd. LOWES delivery service in BRENHAM TEXAS is the WORST I've experienced in Years from a reputable company such as Lowes-\-\-management/Owners take note: LOOK into what is happening at that store-\-\I place an order on SATURDAY, told it would be delivered TUESDAY, then changed to WED., then waited 3 days for a delivery as I do not have a truck big enough for what I ordered-\-\-they never called to tell me when it's coming, nor emailed, and I called them over 15 times between TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, and Now it's Thursday to see what... read more
