Subtract ONE Star! Needed lumber cut, was told if I bought a saw they would cut the boards to length. Then the employee asked another employee in a wheelchair to cut the boards and left, he did not even stay to help hold the boards while the employee in the wheel chair cut the boards! I am done with Lowes!!!!!!! This was the last straw after several disappointing trips to Lowes. Once I drove 100 miles after checking inventory online only to find that item was not carried - employee told me "that figures"!
