Piss poor customer service. Been waiting on our refrigerator since April. Long story short. Have been lied to by the appliance staff, the management staff. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Not worth their veterans discount.
How is this store even still in business?? I ordered a small dishwasher online with a gift card. The dishwasher showed up severely damaged. I spent over an hour on the phone holding for customer service to be told they would put an incident number in and my local store (Silverthorne, CO) which happens to be over two hours away from me would call me back within 24 hours to arrange pickup. I was told that they could not order the replacement dishwasher until they get the damaged one back unless I wanted to pay for another one.... read more
they dont answer the phone and dont care about you once they get your money. ordered tons of cabinets and appliances and cant even get a delivery estimation or anyone to answer the phone. I would never do such a big order with this company again. they are ok if you need something small that you can buy and carry with you. it has been a horrible experience. even to call the main office in NC, i had to wait 35 mins on hold to leave a complaint. its obvious this company does not care.

Cannot get my gas dryer delivered. Was told last Thursday, then this past Tuesday, then today. Felling frustrated!
My business Peak1 Property Maintenance began the same year Lowes came to town. The home improvement business here has quadrupled during that time as well. I am there on a daily basis. I appreciate the great stock of products and support. I have had great service in Appliances, Paint, Lumber and hardware. Thank you to everyone at Lowes.
