False advertising on their website for free next day local delivery. I ordered a dryer and it didn’t show up for almost two weeks. I didn’t learn from my first experience and ordered a refrigerator for delivery, the first email I got told me it would take a week for delivery and then the second email said two weeks. I would like to thank Jenn in customer service! After having a terrible experience with the Lowes in Aurora, where they said they would hold a product aside for me but didn't, and didn't seem to care that I drove an hour out of my way to get there. Jenn not only called me back telling me they actually had the product, she also put it aside so that my 2 hour drive to purchase the product was not in vain. I now have a very excited & happy 5 year old girl that has her very own pink toolbox. Thank you for that Jenn!
Fortunately we got the flooring we wanted. They said they would pull it and put our name on it they didn't. They didn't have enough of the fence we wanted in Stock, and don't know when they will. The Lowe's that does have enough of the fence we want, will not deliver to us. What a joke of a store/business.
Terrible communication on all deliveries and orders.
I wish I could post no stars. Terrible service. No call backs, incorrect information, everyone blaming someone else. They can take my $10,000 in the blink of an eye but where is my product????? Where is the service??? Where are the unreturned phone calls??! Anyone that had this problem, call corporate! Maybe if they get enough calls we can finally get some service!
Don't special order and have it delivered to this store because when you come to pickup nobody will know where the items you've ordered and paid for are. You will be bounced around with people who have no clues where special ordered items are supposedly stored. You figure the store would organize a holding place/racks for special ordered items when they come in.
Lowes in Silverthorne is a SHITSHOW. There is better customer service in a Mexican prison. I want to give a BIG SHOUTOUT TO TOOLS. Because they are..........TOOLS. Don't shop there unless you want it in the can. Eat shit.
