Used Roger's service to sell our 20-acre parcel in North Idaho. Just closed today! The process was pretty straight forward and Roger was very helpful in finalizing the offer and setting up the closing company. Will be using his services again to sell another parcel.
Lowes listed our home quickly, answered the questions we had and made changes to our listing promptly. Absolutely worth putting in a little extra work to save the $$ you would give to a seller's agent! We listed at the very end of November and closed on our home in mid-February. Roger was great to work with! He was quick, responsive and accurate, guiding us through our purchase. All this while being out of state to where we bought in Bend. Having a simple flat fee was a huge advantage for us as buyers. It kept costs down, made our offer more attractive, and almost certainly got us a better price. I will highly recommend Lowes to friends who don't need a lot of help in the initial searching process.
