We sold our house on April 25th. Adam was very reliable and responsive. He patiently answered all my questions. Several months after closing, when my package was delivered to the previous house, he retrieved it and mailed it to me. If you are willing to put some effort into hosting an open house yourself, I highly recommend Adam ( Lowes Flat Fee Realty) for any seller who wants the only service they need.
