The staff and doctor are so caring, I’m impressed by the professionalism and overall kindness in the office. He is a great and extremely intelligent man. He actually cares about your health!!! The nurse is so good at drawing blood as well. She drew my blood and got it on the first stick! I have very bad veins, and hate getting my blood drawn. I’m definitely at ease when I’m there! Thank you Dr. Fariss and all your colleagues!
Worst medical admin. They use a third party billing service. Lower Keys urilogy gave them the wrong address. Over two years later I get a collection notice for a bill I never received.. no phone call, no email.. never missed a bill in my life.
Can’t believe, pass the customer around. Said that they would have my receipt for 400$ oficie visit in two days that didn’t happen then I follow up at the end of the week nothing I follow up then they say week or so, later for a simple receipt. 8 days later I have nothing to show no receipts and no doctor recommendation. I guess they like charging the customer for nothing.

Called explaining that my partner and I have been calling for several months to get the results on a test he did. The person on the phone was extremely unprofessional and seemed to be trying to avoid addressing the problem. She said someone will call and hung on me very quickly.
