This is the most HORRIBLE emergency room in the country. The nurse came into the waiting room hours after every person in there had been waiting. She tells people that she would finally start taking vitals and send them back out here. There was a child that could barely breath and a woman with a bone sticking out of her foot. She DID NOT CARE. "you will wait hours" she says. . Amazingly heartless. WOW!
From the Emergency Department to the wonderful units on the 3rd floor, everything and everybody was kind, compassionate and professional. It was an amazing experience and I would never hesitate to recommend Lower Keys Medical Center. It was simply the best!! They saved my life.
