My family and I have been patients of Dr. Haghighi and his staff for many years. From periodic maintenance to minor fillings to permanent implants, we have found this clinic always to be not only efficient, but personable and caring. As digital imaging and lazer technology have continued to advance, Dr. Haghighi and his staff have remained on the cutting edge. We appreciate the comfort we feel in making Lower Columbia Oral Health & Center for Implant Dentistry our dental health care home.
Hygienist Erin & Dr Haghighi are both excellent & very cordial.
I was running late, it’s generally a two hour drive but today it was three hours because of construction at the slide area on Hwy 4. I was 25 minutes late and the cleaning of portion of my visit got cancelled but Porche asked me to hang around to see if the next patient showed, they didn’t and she managed to fit me in. Thank you. This is the friendliest most professional medical office I have ever been to.
These guys never fail to go above and beyond for their patients. I always leave their office in better shape than I came in. Thanks to all the staff, but specifically Rose and Dr H.
Dr. Furman is so gentle and his southern manners are the best. He goes out of his way to make you comfortable, calm, and at ease. I used to be scared to go to the dentist, but now I’m a lot better. He’s definitely an asset to the office. I hope he stays around a very long time!

Dr Haghighi and his wonderful team are a delight to work with. Always professional, pleasant and very caring about their patients. They do top notch work and I highly recommend them!
I was very pleased with the services performed January 9 at Lower Columbia Oral Health. I felt Dr. Haigagi was very thorough in his asssessment of my oral health.
Dr. Hadjiji was very good at explaining the details and the course of treatment available to me, as well as other available options. He also was responsive to my questions and asked frequently if I had additional questions and if I understood everything he was telling me. His technician, Rose, was also excellent.
