Pathology Laboratory has great customer service I had a specimen sent to the Lower Columbia Pathology Laboratory after I had surgery for my gallbladder. The service I got from the billing department was superior, they billed my secondary insurance for me, too. The report was in my doctor's hands within 48 hours.
Office staff, assistant and Dentist extremely helpful. Highly recommend these great people.
i WISH i COULD GIVE 10 STARS! Dr Haghighi and his assistant Rose are amazing!! Not only did he stay after hours to get me in before a trip- he then came back at 9:30 at night to fix a problem the lab had made.Simply unbelievable!! I love them and their flawless work!!

I was favorably impressed with the doctor and his staff. I only wish the appointment had not taken quite so long
Staff is very friendly and always make me feel at ease. I have a small mouth, making it difficult at times to do the work I need, but they take the time for my comfort. They always have encouragement for patients as well as each other.
I was not looking forward to this, but it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Dr. Haghighi patiently explained every step of the procedure; I never felt rushed, always knew what to expect; and the staff were invariably kind, courteous and professional. Best of all, my Discomfort Level (on a scale of 1 to 10) never got above 1. I highly recommend Lower Columbia Oral Health!
Dr. Haghighi is wonderful! Now, I'm sure there are other great dentists in the Kelso/Longview area, but I wouldn't actually know because I have been going to Dr. Haghighi for over 20 years! I have had no reason to look elsewhere. He is the only dentist our kids have ever known. He has always been the cutting edge of techniques and imaging and has ALWAYS taken the time to explain everything as he goes. (Honestly, I am fascinated by how well I am educated during a visit.) I cannot express enough how amazing Dr. Highagi and his staff are!!! Last week was my first time to his office and I had 2 abscesses and a cyst. I am the biggest chicken 🐔 and baby 🍼 when it comes to going to the dentist so for me to be so thrilled is even surprising to me!
