From the office staff, Dental Hygienists, and Dr. Haghighi himself, I felt I had their complete attention, care, compassion and without question the very best experience I could hope to expect. The service at Dr Haghighi's office is exceptional! The office staff set appointments and emails a confirmation with an option to add directly to your personal calendar. They use up to date/new technology. Their accounting staff is efficient at taking care of the financial matters and insurance. They called me to provide feedback from my insurance company and also gave me alternative options for what my insurance provider would not cover. I am impressed with the efficiency of Dr. Haghighi and his staff. It is convenient to have one office that can deal with all dental procedures.
Alway have the best experience when coming to Lower Columbia Oral Heath. Very inviting and friendly. Usually very nervous when going to the dentist but they make me feel at ease. They explain everything in conferring detail and show that they care about their patients. I'm relaxed at every visit and look forward to each of my appointments.
