If I could give zero stars I would. Working with them has been a nightmare, for many reasons. The capstone, however, was that after completing our estate plans they sent our PRIVATE, UNENCRYPTED files (our entire estate documents, around 10 pdf files with tons of financial and personal data) to an unknown entity via email- they entered the wrong domain when they sent the email.
