I have been going to Dr. Ware for years. However, my last appointment he was rude and degrading. I walked out without an exam. I LOVE the girls that work there but I CANNOT and will not support Dr. Ware. I actually waited several months to see if he would call as some sort of follow up, knowing that I left due to not being appreciative of his lack of communication skills when I walked out but evidently he could care less about his patients. Dr. Ware and staff were so friendly and accommodating to my needs. Dr. Ware was very thorough with his exam, explained everything to me & answered all of my questions. When it came time to pick out my glasses the staff were very helpful assisting me with what looked best. Thank you for a pleasant experience!
