I've been in this apartment for almost two years and the service is terrible. The trash takes forever to be collected, the apartments inside are unusable, the laundry room doesn't work, and they want to charge a lot of rent for a tiny apartment with no space. The emergency exit doesn't work either, and people are constantly stealing packages from the lobby. It's crazy; you tell them to fix something and they only come when they feel like it, and they don't do the job properly.
Not a great place. Garbage pick up is a problem, parking is a problem, leasing office is not helpful at all.
Luke is excellent he has always answer all my questions. I really appreciate all he has done and how helpful he has been
Luke is amazingly helpful and considerate. I have lived here almost 20 years. I am so at home and completely satisfied with the service and maintenance provided by Princeton Properties. especially the property manager Luke.
