RecommendedFound my perfect car at the perfect price on-line. 2017 Lincoln MKC at Berger’s. Low milage and no accidents was top priority. Went to see it and Terence did a great job assisting me and answering all my questions. Everyone was polite and didn’t put pressure on me like other dealerships I have dealt with. THEE WORST place to EVER buy a vehicle. 0/10 recommend. Customer service has been AWFUL since the first day. I call to talk to management and no one will call me back. I have left MULTIPLE messages. Bought a 2015 truck on June 13th, couple days later check engine light comes on...Long story short it was been in the shop 17 days THUS far and they have it AGAIN. 17 days they have had the truck.
