They're the best in my opinion. From the front desks to the nurses in the back and the doctors are really nice, patient they don't rush they do all they can to give you the best care!!! Might i add as a new patient i didn't have to wait even a week for my first appointment and that following week had MRI and 3 days later went in for results. The doctor and his PA take their time in explaining their findings and they also explain in detail while showing the images of your x-ray or MRI. I went in for an MRI on Tuesday 6/23/26. This is the second time I have been to this facility for my MRI and twice the machine has went down. The MRI tech was very rude to me both times. The other staff are sweet and kind.

I would not recommend this office. Communication is extremely poor—I have had a very difficult time getting anyone on the phone, and when I was able to speak with staff, the front desk was consistently rude and unhelpful both over the phone and in person. My child was also misdiagnosed, which only added to an already frustrating experience. As a parent, you trust medical professionals to listen, communicate, and provide appropriate care, and unfortunately that was not our experience here. I have been fortunate to have had a long-standing relationship with Lowcountry Ortho for over ten years. I used to bring my mother to and from her physical therapy, and their care was always exceptional. The radiation technologists are truly outstanding—informative, friendly, and caring. The front desk staff are very kind; I kindly ask everyone to remember to show patience and kindness to their front desk team, especially as we start the new year with changes in deductibles and plans.
