I have been fortunate to have had a long-standing relationship with Lowcountry Ortho for over ten years. I used to bring my mother to and from her physical therapy, and their care was always exceptional. The radiation technologists are truly outstanding—informative, friendly, and caring. I called trying to schedule an appointment for my torn ligament in my left foot. The receptionist Casey was rude and condescending in her response to my comment. Told me this office no longer treats my type of injury. Referred me too another Dr that used to work there.
Super quick! The MRI lady I didn’t catch her name was SUPER sweet and amazing. I was so nervous and she helped so much. She gave me ear plugs and music to listen to which was super helpful. All the staff were super nice and explained the process which helped so much with my nerves.
Made an appointment a week out using their online system, Low Country Ortho called me from an unmarked number same day and I failed to answer for what ever reason. They claim they also sent a text. That being said here we are the day of my appointment and I call ahead to ensure have done my due diligence only to find out my appointment was canceled and they “contacted” me. Their communication with new clients is poor, surly their success is indicative of volume and not quality? Before booking I suggest you shop around.
I had an excellent experience with Lowcountry Orthopedics in Summerville! Dr. David Jaskwhich and his team have been super supportive, informative and gracious about my questions. I highly recommend them!
