Spoke with Steve on phone and was very honest and up front with me...we discussed issue over phone and he told me to repeat what I had done previously. Saved me $150.00...any issues that are out of my wheel house in the future, I will definitely call him.
I called the shop yesterday to inquire about my riding lawn mower and reached a fella named Steve. He proceeded to ask me what the issue was. So I explain my issue with my front tubeless tire and he explained where I could get a cheaper replacement. He offered that his employees could put it on if I needed the help and ended up calling them out. These people are great. I've become so disheartened with dealing with companies these days it was great to have somebody who does what they say they're going to do and do it right. Would recommend them to anyone
Ethan stopped by my house to replace a lawn mower blade that I could not remove. After letting me know the replacement would not fit my mower, he sharpened the old one. He also replaced the blade on an edger of mine. Thank you to Lowcountry Mobile Mechanic for stopping by to knock these items out so I don’t need to do them later on the weekends.
