I have an engine that hasn't been produced in over 15 years, this Gentleman spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining the potential problems and trouble shooting techniques so that I may be able to determine what my issues are and if it's even worth fixing!! WOW!!!! I will take ALL OF MY BUSINESS TO THIS MAN!!!

I have a Craftsman lawn mower, and replaced the front plastic shroud that had cracked. When I reassembled everything, the front drive wheels wouldn't work right. I disassembled and reassembled it at least 3 times trying to figure out why the belt wouldn't engage. I gave up and called Lowcountry Mobile to see if they could help. Talked to Steve about our mower. He didn't have to tell us how to fix it but he did. He is friendly and knowledgeable. When we have an issue in the future, we will call on Steve.
