I'd give 10 stars if I could. Had an issue with a Kawasaki engine and called Hilton's. Talked with a very knowledgeable gentleman on the phone and he suggested trying a few things before they'd look at it. I completed his suggestions and it most likely solved the problem but time will tell. He saved me the $75 service call to diagnose the problem ($75 for a service call is very, very reasonable). If the issue rears its head again, I'll definitely be calling Hilton's.
We are near Elloree and they made a special trip out to us to repair our Hustler zero turn lawnmower. He did a great job and was super friendly. Within a short amount of time our mower was back up and running!
Spoke with Steve on phone and was very honest and up front with me...we discussed issue over phone and he told me to repeat what I had done previously. Saved me $150.00...any issues that are out of my wheel house in the future, I will definitely call him.
I called the shop yesterday to inquire about my riding lawn mower and reached a fella named Steve. He proceeded to ask me what the issue was. So I explain my issue with my front tubeless tire and he explained where I could get a cheaper replacement. He offered that his employees could put it on if I needed the help and ended up calling them out.
