received an appointment for broken tooth repair on short notice. Doctor and nurse were professional - no chit-chat about Thanksgiving leftovers, etc. Good working atmosphere.
As always my visits to your office has always been most pleasant not only in service but the friendly atmosphere served by the staff. The professional attitude and knowledge the staff has - shows they are excellently trained. I have always been very apprehensive about dentists and dental work, however since we have moved to this area Dr. Finkbine and staff have taken care of us and I personally have a feeling they really listened to my nervous fears and have been very patient with me. Michael suggests that you don't talk at him, but talk to him at a 17 year old level about what he needs to do to keep his teeth healthy. He felt like there was something wrong with him and he felt as if he was being lectured. Everyone was nice and friendly. As his Mother, I would like for him to leave your office with a new view about how important his smile is.
Great staff, need billing explanations from the staff.
