The doctors were extremely unprofessional. We had an we waited almost 2 hours to be seen. Multiple times we went up concerned about the time wait as I had to come on my work break. At one point I said I would have to reschedule when we were threatened with a $50 cancellation fee if we did not stay for the appointment. I was told by multiple office staff this happens every day and the wait times get longer as the day gets further along. I've had a wonderful experience with this clinic. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Grady is an awesome doctor and she explains things well. she reccomend sinus surgery for me but understand that I'm not ready to have it.
I’ve been going to Low Country ENT for years, always a great experience!
We had an so today at 2pm with Dr. Kitch. We were told to be there at 145 so we got there at 115 to make sure we had plenty of time to get paperwork done. We were put into a room at 2. At 250 we still had not seen the doctor nor did anyone in the office have enough respect for their patient to come in and give any updates or anything. The 1 time I walked outside to ask someone about how much longer it would be I was meet with a very rude look and the comment it will be about 5 more minutes. 15 minutes later with still no doc... read more

Trish is awesome!!! Very professional and down to earth! She took the time to explain everything about the allergy test. I will not go back to Charleston ENT!!!!
Awesome staff, amazing Doctor,(Dr.Kitch) all in all, they turned a scary experience, into a calm and pleasant one.
