I was considering taking my cat here until my sister informed me that she had taken 2 cats there herself and both came back with infections that cost more to treat than the cost of getting a pet neutered at a normal vet full cost. These people are all volunteers and despite whatever good intentions they have, after my sisters experience and the reports of peoples pets dying or coming back sick, I would rather pay more money to a licensed professional vet than take a gamble here.
I took and had my cat spayed there and she had a reaction to the stiches; and they redid them at no charge. They did a good job and I didnt have any problems. With every procedure done there is some risks involved and unfortunately not everything comes out successfully. I would use this facility again as they seemed caring and thoughtful.
Took 3 rescue cats for shots to the Denton clinic. Simple, no frills great price. Have returned for follow up shot every time w/ no problem. With every procedure comes problems, thankfully I havent had any & would recommend. Great praise for the volunteers who give their time so freely. Thanks for investing in leaving this world better than when you entered it!
I have nothing but high praises!!! I took my 3 month old kitty for a declaw and spay. Everything went wonderful. They do work quick, this is their job and since there are sooo many people coming in and out. They dont have time to chat. I will definitely take more of pets here.

I have had all of my pets neutered and vaccinated there and have no interest in going any where else. They have always taken care of my animals and done so for a reasonable price.

I can only speak for the Fort Worth location, but do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The staff is arrogant and act like theyre doing humanity a huge favor by working there. If they treat humans like this I can only imagine how they treat the animals when no ones around.This place operates on grants (I was told in no uncertain terms) so I can only imagine the fraud and corruption thats going on.
