First of all, let me begin by saying that Ive never called this place of business and had someone answer the phone. I have to leave a message that evidently just falls into a black hole or something because I never receive a return call back. Ive attempted to make an appt for two days now for my dog to be neutered. Ive left two messages and still no return phone call. After reading the many poor reviews, Im staying away from this place!

i took my dog up there last thursday and she has been very relaxed and hasnt even touched her stitches once and now she is out of no where acting weird, so i took her to my vet and they said that they had done a very sloppy job. that the stitches looked like crap and that it appears that they didnt even glue up the insition. and know im am trying to get ahold of the clinic and no one will answer my call nor call me back. i am very upset about the situation and would at least expect them to stand behind what theyve done, but ... read more

We had no issues taking our puppy here. He was in and out. He was fully healed in about 7 days which is amazing because he is not a very calm puppy. I have no complaints other than the place looks kind of shady. They may find some benefit in cleaning it up. Also, be prepared to see your pet COMPLETELY out of it for a while. My puppy was still drugged up for about 3 or 4 hours after I got him home, but he bounced back quickly once he slept it off. I would recommend you taking your pet here. I had two female dogs spayed here over the last five years and had absolutely no problems. The people were cheerful, everything went as I was told, and the dogs healed up fine.However, we took our male cat in about a year ago, he didnt do so well. He developed a fever and took a couple of weeks to bounce back. We took him back and the receptionist told my wife that he probably had some type of communicable disease and that all of our cats would probably get it. Not a good thing to tell my wife !!!
