I had two female dogs spayed here over the last five years and had absolutely no problems. The people were cheerful, everything went as I was told, and the dogs healed up fine.However, we took our male cat in about a year ago, he didnt do so well. He developed a fever and took a couple of weeks to bounce back. We took him back and the receptionist told my wife that he probably had some type of communicable disease and that all of our cats would probably get it. Not a good thing to tell my wife !!!

I took my 9 month old kitty there yesterday to be neutered.. I am new to this area and a co-worker recommended this place.... I was up until 3:30am with a crying, bleeding cat. Since my kitty is still bleeding today I tried to contact the clinic only to get the answering machine... Then I saw the reply on this site and called that number... YES the person was nice.. but nice does not save a cats life.Her suggestion was to put a cone my kittys head. I hope this helps.... Had my Dog neutered here. Had to take to animal hospital next morning. Vet would not talk with new doctor to help him out with the proceedure they use. New vet would let us take him back but he would not survive the trip. Dog was in new hospital for a week. turned in to BBB but they would not accept the letters.

I recently had my cat neutered and declawed here and they were wonderful. They let me know that he was fine after surgery since he had to stay overnight and that they had put an ecollor on him to keep him from chewing/licking at his incision. They went over all the things that I would have to do for the next week to make sure he healed well. The staff was really friendly and helpful when I had questions after I got him home. I will be bringing all of my animals here for sure and referring my friends with theirs too!!!!

We have used this facility several times for spay/neuter - and always for immunizations. The staff is friendly, efficient, and caring. I recommend them to anyone. I equate it to opting for stitches at an Emergency Care clinic as opposed to your family physician. Who do you think does more in a day?
