I took my two cats and one dog there. Both cats were neutered and one didnt snap out of the anesthsia until late that night. My female dog was spayed and they DONT GIVE antibiotics when you leave. She didnt eat, drink or move for two days. When she finally did try to walk, she had partial paralysis in her hind end. She went into shock that night. I have used this facility 4 different times over the past several years and have had good experiences every time.I recommend the facility to my friends and family. The only incovenience was having to leave a message to schedule appointments, etc.
I went to the location in Ft.Worth.... DO NOT TAKE YOU PET HERE!!!! THEY KILLED MY DOG!!!!!!! I took her in to be spayed. I brought her home and that night she almost bled to death. I took her back the next day, they looked at her, re wrapped her incesion and told me she was fine. I took her back home and put her on bed rest. This moring I woke up and SHE WAS DEAD! I was considering taking my cat here until my sister informed me that she had taken 2 cats there herself and both came back with infections that cost more to treat than the cost of getting a pet neutered at a normal vet full cost. These people are all volunteers and despite whatever good intentions they have, after my sisters experience and the reports of peoples pets dying or coming back sick, I would rather pay more money to a licensed professional vet than take a gamble here.
You have got to be kidding me.... This place is AWFUL. People were snippy and rude. Refused to give me a reciept and when my husband returned to pick up the cat they refused to release her. Said there were additional charges he would have to pay first because she was apparently in heat and they only took checks. Of course I had the checkbook in Plano. As of right now I have no idea what condition she is in but they better hope she does not have any mysterious complications.
