My husband and I bought a 2022 Hyundai Tucson from Roman. We showed up unhappy with another vehicle we had just purchased. It was a tricky situation to get us into the vehicle we wanted. Roman was very knowledgable and helped us every step of the way. We are so happy with our purchase and the help of Roman. We will refer friends and family to Low Book Sales. By far the best car buying experience ever!
Car check engine light came on within a week. Found out that they just wrapped tape around the base of the coil to keep it from falling out temporarily. This would be obvious if mechanic had done even the most basic inspection. Won’t shop low book sales again.

Worst experience buying a car! I bought a pretty new car (2019 ford fusion) and have had nothing but problems with it I have brought it in many times to lowbook to be told nothing is wrong when clearly there is a noise and shifting delay. I recently brought it into the actually ford dealership and they told me my transfer case has leaked out all of the oil and my flywheel is cracked well I contacted lowbook again to tell them what they had said and they admitted that the flywheel is cracked but aren’t going to cover it under... read more
