I have always loved working with Low Book, and my recent experiences have just furthered my appreciation for them! My experience with Low Book Sales was inconvenient. The sales representative failed to call when promised, added their warranty without my permission, and never provided the out-the-door pricing when I repeatedly requested. Communication overall was poor. When I asked the finance officer, to send me the warranty details, he never followed through.
