I called Bianca to schedule a tape-in extension move-up appointment with Chelsea. During the booking process, Bianca quoted me $250 and estimated the service would take approximately 2.5 hours, despite being informed that I have very thick hair. I always receive exceptional service at Lovisa Salon! I see Chelsea, and she always takes her time to ensure my color is 🤌. I recently moved out of state, but make sure to book with Chelsea when I’m back in town. One of my favorite parts of the experience is the scalp massage- so relaxing!
I have been going to Lovisa Salon for years, and I can't recommend them enough! Chelsea is my stylist, and she consistently does an incredible job. Called Bianca to schedule a tape in extension move up with Chelsea. Bianca quoted me $250 and 2.5 hours despite being informed that I have very thick hair. They did a terrible job, not only were the tapes horribly placed, but within 3 hours of the service, one came out. By day 4 I received two separate opinions from two separate salons who both advised me to get a refund.
