Had my 1 year olds ears done there. It was fast and quick, of course she cried (10 seconds) but would recommend :)
I was in shopping for something very specific and Kaitlyn was a great help. I think she's the manager, she's always there and so cheerful and professional. I really appreciated her time, the store was really busy and she was the only one currently working. She managed us all like a pro and stayed professional. Not easy to do in retail, especially when people don't like waiting their turn. But she nailed it.
