Rhodes, Waterside shop was a pleasure to shop in. The assistant was very friendly and helpful. Awesome, pretty jewellery and a large variety. Love my purchases, definitely going back. 🪷🩷
staff not empowered to accept returns even within their 30 day window... make you run around 5 times and ask to come in narrow windows (e.g. tue 2-3pm) when there is a manager.
The store trading hour at Sunday is 6:00pm close, I walked in at 5:43pm, the staff told me it’s closed and ask me leave.
Got my ears pierced today, the shop ladies were lovely but were struggling with their shop system. I spoke to them for a while, they had called IT support and received no help. I waited for over 45 mins for my transaction to go through, and while it was frozen with mine there was about 4-5 customers who had to wait and ended up leaving. I ended up paying cash which they couldn’t even open the drawer for, they had to keep the cash out.
