staff not empowered to accept returns even within their 30 day window... make you run around 5 times and ask to come in narrow windows (e.g. tue 2-3pm) when there is a manager.
The store trading hour at Sunday is 6:00pm close, I walked in at 5:43pm, the staff told me it’s closed and ask me leave.
Got my ears pierced today, the shop ladies were lovely but were struggling with their shop system. I spoke to them for a while, they had called IT support and received no help. I waited for over 45 mins for my transaction to go through, and while it was frozen with mine there was about 4-5 customers who had to wait and ended up leaving. I ended up paying cash which they couldn’t even open the drawer for, they had to keep the cash out. Tried piercing my ear lobes twice at Lovisa Rhodes, both times the piercing went in at super skewed angles. 80$ wasted
