4th October 12:06 visit… I don’t normally leave bad review but shockingly bad customer services, waited for 15 mins still cannot pay while 2 other staffs attended to 1 ear piercing with 1 doing and the other standing and look. Asked after 15mins wait if I can pay, the standing staff said no? I’ve left without being able to purchase anything
Rhodes, Waterside shop was a pleasure to shop in. The assistant was very friendly and helpful. Awesome, pretty jewellery and a large variety. Love my purchases, definitely going back. 🪷🩷
staff not empowered to accept returns even within their 30 day window... make you run around 5 times and ask to come in narrow windows (e.g. tue 2-3pm) when there is a manager.
