Alanna the manager on duty was so friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection and prices as well.
I just stayed for about 10 minutes waiting to be helped right by the cash register with my credit card out, trying to wave at and make eye contact with the store employee who looked like she was consistently looking away. I guess I took my business elsewhere. What a weird interaction, especially given how small the store is.
Recently, I visited Lovisa with a friend for her third lobe piercing. Before starting, the piercer assured her that they use a method designed to ensure accurate spacing and placement. Unfortunately, the execution did not reflect that level of confidence or precision. The piercer struggled to properly align the placement and ultimately pierced far too close to the existing second lobe piercing.
