Items bought were taken for returned. The girl said she does not know how to return and made a call to someone and said can’t take returns because of hygiene. Whereas the receipt says and the sales person said I can return within 30 days but returned in 3rd day of purchase. Why the receipt says one thing and then the sales person say different. This was a bad experience. Never coming back.

Two of my daughters had their ears double pierced here today, and it was a wonderful experience! The gentleman who pierced their ears was super knowledgeable and did a great job minimizing any discomfort. 100% would recommend!

I walked in here on a whim today, as I have a second piercing on one ear that had partially closed up that I wanted re-pierced. I wanted to feel the vibe of the employees in here, as I didn't want anyone cranky putting any holes in me. Well, Bianca was absolutely wonderful, friendly and so helpful. She made the experience easy and with a smile. The piercing process was quick and relatively pain-free. Thanks again, Bianca!
