Prices are crazy and the staff is rude!!!!
Customer service is terrible. The female employee with piercings working there today rushed us as they were closing which I understood, and at checkout when I put a few of my items back she was clearly annoyed and let out a big sigh. She quickly bagged my things and didn’t give me change back or a receipt. I paid $30 for $22 worth of items. When I realized, she already locked the door and was rushing to leave. Super dissatisfied. We went today on June 16.
Bought a ring for $17. Shitty gold paint began pealing after two days of wearing it.
Customer service is terrible. I've seen several reviews about it from months ago, and today, June 2025, a female staff member was very rude. It's too bad they don't train their staff. The people they hire are a reflection of their brand.
I took my 7 month old baby a week ago for ear piercings, Annisa and Haily were amazing and patient! They walked me through the Aftercare instructions and very thoroughly. The cost for earrings and piercing was very affordable $48 with tax!
