Terrible customer service and basically had my money stolen, publicly embarrassed for a glitch on their computer. I paid and then the condescending employee proclaimed "you can't leave with that" claiming her computer system didn't show it. I used Apple Pay to checkout, the terminal POS showed approved, the money left my Apple Cash balance and the Transaction went through on my phone and bank. Super helpful and friendly staff. Great conversations filled with laughter. Went above and beyond to meet my needs which were very inconvenient but handled spectacularly. 10/10 reccomend

Customer service is terrible. The female employee with piercings working there today rushed us as they were closing which I understood, and at checkout when I put a few of my items back she was clearly annoyed and let out a big sigh. She quickly bagged my things and didn’t give me change back or a receipt. I paid $30 for $22 worth of items. When I realized, she already locked the door and was rushing to leave. Super dissatisfied. We went today on June 16.
Bought a ring for $17. Shitty gold paint began pealing after two days of wearing it.
