Over priced - Poor quality products. I bought their premium collection necklace and earrings which are supposed to be waterproof. They were tarnished and lost their polish in less than a month, making them no longer wearable. And the staff denied returns since the labels were removed from the product within the return window. Not worth the price. Wouldn't recommend!!

Lydia store manager you was amazing!!! Did 2 piercings for me, the care and attention to detail was second to none!! We had a lovely chat and she kept me at ease! Also as I was from the UK recommended me a really nice mall to visit when I’m next in the US! Thank you x
