Not a good experience, the piercing gun got stuck on my ear and I had to wait 40 mins to get it out - they called people from surrounding stores to get it out because they didn’t know what to do. The people at the store had nothing to say and didn’t even ask to compensate for the inconvenience caused due to this.

We visited and bought earings,Rcpt no. 79840, as we stepped just out of store, we noticed Rcpt was not given, value USD 16. We went in requested for Rcpt, and Also my wife wanted to exchange earing from same Display. which sales girl agreed and than she was very very Rude. this is not good for us, senior citizen. Very Very poor experience.

Lidia was so professional and beyond knowledgeable! She pierced my helix and I couldn’t have been happier but it was mostly because of her. She was so kind and we had a wonderful conversation. Lidia deserves a raise! Thank you!
