I had the best experience with River! She did my helix and third lobe piercing, and I honestly couldn't be happier. Both piercings are perfectly straight, beautifully placed, and exactly what I wanted. River is incredibly experienced, professional, and so precise with her work. GO SEE RIVER AT LOVISA'S IN RIVERTOWN CROSSINGS MALL!!! River pierced mine and my little sister's 3rds and she was very attention to detail, which I was very grateful for, and she's so personable and nice. The deals at the lovisa's store are so good and they have a great selection from cheaper to nicer earrings. This was my first time at this store and I will absolutely be back thanks to river!!
Management is terrible can’t imagine how the staff feels.
Don't waste your money on their products. I got this necklace on clearance and it literally broke as I tried in on. The sales lady never told me it was final sale and it doesn't say so on the receipt. I went to return it and I had to wait 30 mins because the only girl there didn't know how to do returns and she said her manager just quit. Her coworker showed up 15 minutes past her scheduled time and gave me attitude. Even if it's clearance if you back your products you should at least refund my $5 for wasting time of my day.... read more
I absolutely love Lovisa! I have gotten my seconds and my helix done here and they have healed amazingly! The staff is so kind and social i absolutely love the energy! Their jewlery is also so affordable and cute! And i so appreciate how they have a larger section of sensitive jewlery than most places!
