Management is terrible can’t imagine how the staff feels.
Don't waste your money on their products. I got this necklace on clearance and it literally broke as I tried in on. The sales lady never told me it was final sale and it doesn't say so on the receipt. I went to return it and I had to wait 30 mins because the only girl there didn't know how to do returns and she said her manager just quit. Her coworker showed up 15 minutes past her scheduled time and gave me attitude. Even if it's clearance if you back your products you should at least refund my $5 for wasting time of my day.... read more
I absolutely love Lovisa! I have gotten my seconds and my helix done here and they have healed amazingly! The staff is so kind and social i absolutely love the energy! Their jewlery is also so affordable and cute! And i so appreciate how they have a larger section of sensitive jewlery than most places!
The cheap jewelry is very nice if you need temporary jewelry. But DO NOT get any piercings here! I have had my ears pierced twice, and my nose pierced. But when I got my third ear piercing it had been infected for almost a year before I took it out for good. This place is not sanitary when it comes to piercing your skin.
Got my wedding jewelry here today and had the best experience with customer service I've had in a while . The store manager seemed very nice and bubbly and she treated both the ladies she worked with great respect will be telling all my friends and family about this cool place and also not bad for the price either 5 for $15 what a steal!
