The staff was great! From getting the machine back online to communicating clearly with the customers during that hiccup, they were kind, calm, and professional! Jessica was excellent with ear piercing and made us feel like friends. Store is clean too and deals were great!

My daughter has uneven lobes so I was feeling nervous about her first piercing. The manager here was SO careful and thorough and did a perfect job! She marked the spots with a marker first so that I could confirm before putting the holes in. Five stars!

I had such a great experience at Lovisa getting my daughter’s ears pierced. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Even while helping other customers and handling checkouts, they made sure my daughter felt like the priority and took the time to make the experience comfortable and enjoyable for her. My daughter is 11 and had her ears pierced years ago, but they closed up. It has taken her a long time to build up the courage to try again, so she was understandably a little nervous.
