The return policy isn’t stated anywhere and the sales signs are misleading. When the receipt prints, you find out you can’t return earrings and other body jewelry. My daughter purchased earrings that didn’t ring up for the price she thought it would as the sales signs are deceptive and it’s hard to tell which items actually qualify for a sale. Cheap and not very high quality jewelry. Workers are very talkative so much that I couldn’t really look at things because she was asking me a lot of questions. Don’t really like this location.

Failed to mention at checkout that you can’t return earrings, WHICH IS ALL THEY SELL. Forget this place. Overpriced version of Claire’s.
I've gotten the same quality (cheaper price) jewlery on shein and temu. This place is just more convenient. Customer service is really never great.
