Great customer service . Good enough quality in their products for the price
Failed to mention at checkout that you can’t return earrings, WHICH IS ALL THEY SELL. Forget this place. Overpriced version of Claire’s.
I've gotten the same quality (cheaper price) jewlery on shein and temu. This place is just more convenient. Customer service is really never great.
Amazing product but most importantly customer service was great everyone in the store was very helpful.
Terrible experience my daughter bought a pair of earrings over the weekend and they were defective, we went to return them and the two employees that were there stated no returns on earnings or exchanges i stated these are defective and not good every pair hanging up were also defective in the store. The girl who claimed to be the manager was dressed in a tank top that was too small wearing socks with no shoes and her appearance was unprofessional.
