Went here on 02/19/2026 at 8:45PM. Just before they closed. I know that’s frustrating, but we are never in the area so we really wanted to get some things. Upon entering the only worker was beyond welcoming and friendly. She did not rush us, she asked if we needed help. She even informed us of the free piercing promotion. We took her up on that offer. She had amazing customer service the whole time. Even though we basically closed the store with her. I’m very thankful for this employee, I wish there were more people like her... read more

I got ear piercing, they didn't ask me if want to buy solutions but lady charged me for solutions without asking me ,I realized right after I scanned card and she was so rude when asked her

Lmao your the only store that did not do tax free and your cashier cough and don't cover her mouth jus not nice I won't be back shein got my $$ don't force me to buy what I don't need

Awful place and the shop assistant calls people 'My Love'. She wasn't a bit helpful and was pressuring a sale. About an hour later I came back to exchange and she said no. I understand it was earrings and I didn't even try them on and she was saying all sales final. I get that - but it was the way she was saying it was annoying and still calling me 'My Love'. Go to Claire's instead. Staff lovely there. Have a nice day 'My Love' (said in your whiny voice)
