I visited this store as I usually do and I received the worst customer service from the Hispanic gentleman with the piercings, he was very rude and unprofessional, I was looking for items in the Clearance section and found one piece that I did like, I went up to the register to pay for this items and he told me that I had to get two items to get the clearance price, he completely lied and then changed the price to make it seem like the item was ringing up regular price which it wasn’t. I had gotten a piercing with an older lady who did not do a good job, she pierced in the wrong spot and was desperate to finish but thankfully Angel came along (an employee at the store) and was able to fix and redo my piercing with his patience and kindness. I would recommend Angel to anyone who decides to get pierced.
Went here on 02/19/2026 at 8:45PM. Just before they closed. I know that’s frustrating, but we are never in the area so we really wanted to get some things. Upon entering the only worker was beyond welcoming and friendly. She did not rush us, she asked if we needed help. She even informed us of the free piercing promotion. We took her up on that offer. She had amazing customer service the whole time. Even though we basically closed the store with her. I’m very thankful for this employee, I wish there were more people like her... read more
