I read the reviews before I visited this location, sadly the customer service is just as other have described. One of the associates friends walked in and she couldn't wait to show her a "schedule" and talk about some manager. " Immediately she acknowledged her. I was there on 5/22/26 around 12. Not a single other customer was in the store. I do not expect to be waited on, but you chose a customer service job. A simple "Hi" or even a smile would have been nice. The staff is rude. The first time I visited; I was not acknowledged until check out. The second time I went, they were worse. They don’t know their return policy or how to read the date on their receipts. They argued with me about my purchase being over a month ago, when the receipt reads it was only 1 week ago yesterday. They also don’t post or don’t tell people about their return policy anywhere but in a foot note on the receipt. Good luck.

There are so many cute items there,but the girl who rang me up was rude! She was on her cell phone and she never even spoke to me. She just barked put your email address in so you get a receipt. Never said thank you or have a nice day. I don't see myself going back there.
