I brought my 15 year-old daughter in with her friend to celebrate her friend’s birthday. Both girls received their top cartilage ear piercing together and then the birthday girl got her third lobe piercings. Danielle was AMAZING! I read the reviews before I visited this location, sadly the customer service is just as other have described. One of the associates friends walked in and she couldn't wait to show her a "schedule" and talk about some manager. " Immediately she acknowledged her. I was there on 5/22/26 around 12. Not a single other customer was in the store. I do not expect to be waited on, but you chose a customer service job. A simple "Hi" or even a smile would have been nice.
