Do not get a piercing from here. I’ve never written a bad review in my entire life until now. This place messed up my earlobe piercing and pierced it crooked. I went a few days later to another piercer to take a look at it and they told me it was EMBEBED into my ear and couldn’t even be saved. I tried calling to get a refund but they couldn’t even do that.

If I could add no stars I would!!!! Had a gift card so I bought some earrings it was my first time there! I’ve never had a problem with jewelry mind you!!!! My ears got infected really bad!
Bought $70 worth of jewelry, and it broke on me and rusted green “waterproof” supposedly in less than 2 weeks. Most of their jewelry is NOT truly waterproof * “Water resistant” pieces still tarnish for many people * Even stainless steel pieces are sometimes mixed quality or plate If you want jewelry that doesn’t turn green or fade fast, look for: * 316L surgical stainless steel * Titanium * Solid gold or gold-filled (not plated)
Worst shopping experience. I bought over $200.00 dollars in jewelery for a couple of bridesmaid to look at just incase they wanted to buy them. Well to make story short they ask me to return some items. When I asked the clerk to give me a refund she refused. I was returning the earrings and bracelets, she said that they do not return the earring per policy.
