If I could add no stars I would!!!! Had a gift card so I bought some earrings it was my first time there! I’ve never had a problem with jewelry mind you!!!! My ears got infected really bad!
Bought $70 worth of jewelry, and it broke on me and rusted green “waterproof” supposedly in less than 2 weeks. Most of their jewelry is NOT truly waterproof * “Water resistant” pieces still tarnish for many people * Even stainless steel pieces are sometimes mixed quality or plate If you want jewelry that doesn’t turn green or fade fast, look for: * 316L surgical stainless steel * Titanium * Solid gold or gold-filled (not plated)
Worst shopping experience. I bought over $200.00 dollars in jewelery for a couple of bridesmaid to look at just incase they wanted to buy them. Well to make story short they ask me to return some items. When I asked the clerk to give me a refund she refused. I was returning the earrings and bracelets, she said that they do not return the earring per policy. Do not come here for ear piercings I came for my third ear piercing on my ears and the girl went to high on my left ear and got half my lobe and cartilage of my ear bone and it hurt so bad that my neck tensed up for a week and got so stiff and then the other ear piercing on the right was in wrong too and got swollen and had to be taken out
Employee kicked everyone out 5 minutes before closing and claimed they were already closed, even though they close at 9pm. I was literally shopping for new earring since I love coming here and she literally kicked me out. Will NEVER come here or recommend this place to anyone again.
