All earrings are final sale, which feels like something the associates should mention when you are checking out considering earrings are a large percentage of what the store offers. I bought multiple pairs to check what would work best with a necklace, and came back two days later to learn that I couldn’t return the pairs that wouldn’t work.

Very cute store with alot of unique pieces of jewelry.Chris helped us and was so nice! Great customer service. I will definitely stop passed when I’m at the mall.

Amazing customer service from the staff. The woman with yellow hair (chris i believe her name was) had amazing salesmanship and is just the best honestly. She was amazing at helping us find what we needed. The jewelry is gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for, for my school dance!!!

I have to say, I come here often for my jewelry whether it be rings or earrings. Personally, I really like the selection they have at a reasonable price. I enjoy the different color options they have for rings from rose gold to gold to silver. Again, it’s a good price. Their earring stackers have so many different options and if you are looking for affordable, nice quality jewelry, I would visit here!

Very rude associates and customer care services. Purchased a couple earrings and the lady forgot to give me a receipt. When I call the store, she tells me earrings are final sale even though purchased at regular price. Also she put the phone aside while I was still talking and hung up. Tried to call again like 10 times and they purposely never answered. If this is the kind of service we get even after paying I think they don’t deserve our business and place to even do one. Very disappointing. She didn’t even hear me out.
