I wanted to give a good review. They had good sale when I went there. I also got my piercing done. The lady used gloves and disinfectant. I used their aftercare spray regularly as well. But somehow I ended up getting ear infection and had to go to urgent care. They diagnosed I have bacterial infection. Thankfully I had good insurance but for reviewers, please note.

I wish I could give this store zero stars. I came in to choose earrings for an event, but the sales associate with black wavy hair was unexpectedly rude. She wasn’t polite at all. Every time I asked for help, she looked at me as if she was thinking, “What do you want from me?” There was no smile, no friendliness, nothing. I didn’t feel welcome and ended up leaving without buying anything, even though I had planned to make a purchase. I definitely don’t want to come back.

I attempted to return a pair of earrings a few days after purchase because they were causing discomfort and hurting my ears. Although I had the original packaging and receipt, I was told the item could not be returned. What was especially disappointing was that this policy was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff were careless and unprofessional. Before my piercing, the table was treated with some kind of chemical or cleaning solution, but no one bothered to make sure it was safe or dry before asking me to sit down. I am very disappointed with the quality of these pieces. I purchased them about a month ago and only wore them a few times before they broke. As shown in the photo, both the bracelet and earrings failed after very minimal use. I understand these are fashion accessories, but I still expected them to last longer than a few weeks.
