Sydnee is amazing. I stopped by yesterday as I was at the mall for errands and thought I'd get my nose pierced. A spur of the moment decision. I had many questions and Sydnee answered all of them without hesitation and without any semblance of annoyance. I would highly recommend this Lovisa location to anyone looking to get a ear or nose piercing.
I got a double helix piercing yesterday and Sabrina did an excellent job. She was very reassuring and quick, and the whole process felt smooth and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a quick and professional piercing
Muy buena experiencia buscamos como en 4 lugares pero no podían aser el piercing de la nariz y nos encontramos a Lovisa y las dos chicas nos atendieron muy bien y sidnee hizo un buen trabajo les recomiendo
Unprofessional staff. One of the employees was rude and unhelpful towards my girlfriend. We were just asking questions and looking through the selection. So there was no reason to give us a negative attitude
Avoid this place. Abysmal customer service. I went to buy new studs to replace the ones I lost and get my ears repierced. The lady that did the piercing was new and pierced my ears with the wrong studs instead of the ones I picked out. That's fine, mistakes happen. After I pointed out they were the wrong ones she went to get her manager. The manager came by and told me the ones I picked out were sold out, so I asked if I could refund or exchange them when they were back in stock.
