Unprofessional staff. One of the employees was rude and unhelpful towards my girlfriend. We were just asking questions and looking through the selection. So there was no reason to give us a negative attitude
Avoid this place. Abysmal customer service. I went to buy new studs to replace the ones I lost and get my ears repierced. The lady that did the piercing was new and pierced my ears with the wrong studs instead of the ones I picked out. That's fine, mistakes happen. After I pointed out they were the wrong ones she went to get her manager. The manager came by and told me the ones I picked out were sold out, so I asked if I could refund or exchange them when they were back in stock. couldn’t help me after my new nose piercing ring fell out next day after piercing it there. Not cool
We got our daughter’s ear pierced here. Lucy was exceptional in being patient with my daughter.. she was very slow and calm in her approach..
