I had Bad Customer Service My daughter asked for a certain neckless. Vicky wasn’t helpful. My thing is don’t work at a place you don’t know the product. Horrible service

Great place and very organized, although I was not very pleased with my piercing. I decided to get my second lobes done and it was fine after I realized that it was extremely uneven. Mind you, I did tell the lady if I were able to take my first lobe earrings out to see a better look, but she insisted on leaving them on anyways. Now my ears look terrible and I am planning to get them redone all over again!

Horrible just horrible! I bought a few sets of jewelry and when I wore the first necklace it turned my whole neck green. I had no intent of returning anything but after my experience with the first necklace I did not want to put on any more jewelry from them. I tried returning and they would not help me. I was told to provide a receipt and unfortunately the receipt never went to my email. I asked for a number to call customer service and they were unable to provide me with a number. DO NOT BUY!!!
