Worst return policy ever ever they tell you that you have 30 days to return the item if you have the original receipt and the item is good, this case wasn’t even wear but the necklace wasn’t tape in the back. They don’t take it back (A tape). So be aware if you buy from here don’t take the tape in the back of they won’t take it.

The worst of the worst! I took my 3-year-old daughter to get her first earrings, and they put them in unevenly, one much higher than the other. The only solution they offered was to take them out and come back another day for another piercing, of course, paying again. It was very painful for my daughter because those earrings are very difficult to remove; they're very tight. Obviously, I didn't go back to that store. Besides losing my money, it was a very bad experience for my daughter, above all.

A Hispanic woman who works there was extremely rude to me. Her service was terrible. First, she didn't pay attention to me, and when I asked her a question, she responded in the most stern way possible. She also rudely told me I couldn't try on the jewelry. I haven't received such horrible treatment even in a jewelry store.
