I had a really bad experience here. The cashier stopped helping me mid transaction and walked over to help a lady who had just walked in. Both ladies were oblivious to what they had done and I hate to say it... But it was giving unconscious bias. I really don't think they did it on purpose but it was so rude and I was in a time crunch. I decided not to buy my items. I've not gone back and have no intention of doing so anytime soon.

Worst return policy ever ever they tell you that you have 30 days to return the item if you have the original receipt and the item is good, this case wasn’t even wear but the necklace wasn’t tape in the back. They don’t take it back (A tape). So be aware if you buy from here don’t take the tape in the back of they won’t take it.

The worst of the worst! I took my 3-year-old daughter to get her first earrings, and they put them in unevenly, one much higher than the other. The only solution they offered was to take them out and come back another day for another piercing, of course, paying again. It was very painful for my daughter because those earrings are very difficult to remove; they're very tight. Obviously, I didn't go back to that store. Besides losing my money, it was a very bad experience for my daughter, above all.
