NO returns! No signs saying that anywhere! I’m going to be writing the BBB. Poor business ethics! When I purchased my earrings they never told me this. They also never told me they are impossible to hook thru and close. The hoop earrings I bought can’t close. I had someone even try to help me while it was stuck half way in my ear, and they couldn’t close it either. Manager Ilene Delgado did not inform us prior to purchasing that there were no exchanges or refunds on earrings. There was no sign posted anywhere in the store or by the register. After purchasing the items, I checked my receipt and learned this information and returned to the store 10 minutes later and was denied a refund, exchange or gift card and received poor customer service. We won’t be back and will spread the word via social media. I wish we had read the 2.8 rating first that they already have.

Was really exciting to get my daughter ears pierced as it was her first time. Two days later the earring got stuck in her ear so I went back to store to see what could be done . One of the clerks explained they can’t touch it which I understood but was no help on what to do next wasn’t apologetic or anything just sort of stood and looked . I finally suggested should I have to go to urgent care and she said yeah . I did so ,urgent care was able to remove from her ear and told me I would be able to get repierced in a few days ... read more
