Visited this store yesterday and purchased some earrings on a 3 for $15 deal, and a pair from what I assumed was $3 rack. However after paying I realised I was charged $32 instead of what should have been $18. Yesterday while my wife was shopping at your Bendigo Marketplace store. The customer service she received was less than satisfactory.The young staff member who assisted her was quite rude and did not display the level of courtesy or professionalism expected in retail. My wife felt that the staff member lacked basic customer service skills, such as being polite and friendly, which made the experience unpleasant.
