I got my ear pierced today at Lovisa Blacktown. NAINA assisted me. She was extremely helpful and professional. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars for her. I was nervous at first, however she was patient and reassured me which made everything smooth. Also, her work is very good. Everything was done properly. Thank you Naina and team. I again got earlobe and helix piercing from Ishita. She was very professional and welcoming. Her kindness and professionalism made everything smooth and nice. Thank you Ishita.
naina was really really helpful, got an ear piercing today , cleared every doubt of mine really nicely 10/10 recommend visiting if looking for a piercing.
Rude staff, no interest to listen or help customers. Also talking down to people, they are young not sure why the workers think its ok to have an attitude with people that are asking questions. If you don't want to work then quit otherwise get some training on how to communicate with customers.
