Do not support this business or this store, their cheap marked up jewellery is faulty and poorly constructed, these earrings were purchased and they are unusable and the shop clerk offered no mediation or assistance with an exchange. They are faulty as they are required to bend the metal to have the earring close. Buyer beware.
Eliza pierced my ear today. She was very thorough and communicated everything very clearly. Her hygiene and safety skills are perfect too!
When I first walked in the store, I was expecting normal staff behaviour. Little did I know I was going to be greeted with such kind attitude when I walked in, and this wasn’t only a one time thing, every time I walked in she was always there asking if I needed assistance with a smile on her face. I asked for her name and it was Holly. Definitely recommend.
Loved the ear piercing service by Holly and Agatha. My daughter ( 8 years old ) has both ear lobe pierced today at Lovisa Hornsby. She had both lobe pierced at the same time by Holly and Agatha . We took 14 k gold earrings, there are other options too. My daughter felt happy and confident the way they dealt the procedure , pre counselling and after care advice. I highly recommend them for ear piercing services. Thanks Holly and Agatha for doing a great job .
