Had my ear pierced at lovisa and had a very wonderful time. Eliza was so nice and kind. She was very patience and guide me about the positions and recommended for the ear studs. She herself had a very wonderful sets of earrings on her both ears. If anyone is looking to get their ear pierced I would highly recommend to go here.
Olivia and Charlotte are so so good at customer service!! they really are helpful and had patience with me!
Buyer Beware. Do not support this business or this store, their cheap marked up jewellery is faulty and poorly constructed, these earrings were purchased and they are unusable and the shop clerk offered no mediation or assistance with an exchange. They are faulty as they are required to bend the metal to have the earring close. Buyer beware.
Eliza pierced my ear today. She was very thorough and communicated everything very clearly. Her hygiene and safety skills are perfect too!
When I first walked in the store, I was expecting normal staff behaviour. Little did I know I was going to be greeted with such kind attitude when I walked in, and this wasn’t only a one time thing, every time I walked in she was always there asking if I needed assistance with a smile on her face. I asked for her name and it was Holly. Definitely recommend.
