Had my ear pierced at lovisa and had a very wonderful time. Eliza was so nice and kind. She was very patience and guide me about the positions and recommended for the ear studs. She herself had a very wonderful sets of earrings on her both ears. If anyone is looking to get their ear pierced I would highly recommend to go here.❤️❤️

When I first walked in the store, I was expecting normal staff behaviour. Little did I know I was going to be greeted with such kind attitude when I walked in, and this wasn’t only a one time thing, every time I walked in she was always there asking if I needed assistance with a smile on her face. I asked for her name and it was Holly. Definitely recommend.
